My name is Sanet Anicia Padilla and have been a member of the Autism West Behavior Partners Team since 2025. I am originally from Chicago, IL and explored living in upstate NY and Texas before moving to and settling in Denver, Colorado in 2022 with my husband. Together we have a son and a fur son together and we all enjoy exploring the parks, museums, and nature spaces that Colorado has to offer.

 

After graduating from Southern New Hampshire University with a Masters degree in Psychology focusing on child development in 2023, I was introduced to ABA as a technician, working 1:1 in an early intervention clinic. Witnessing milestones being achieved and being a part of a team that helped significantly reduce challenging behaviors made me want to return to school and help even more children and families to feel a sense of accomplishment. I am attending The Chicago School of Professional Psychology to pursue my education in ABA and I took on the senior RBT role here at Autism West Behavior Partners to help me grow into a BCBA that will make an impact in every client's life.

 

Being able to witness milestones met and the pride that my clients feel when they accomplish a task they weren't able to do before is the most rewarding part of this job. I believe in creating an environment that is fun, safe, inclusive, creative, and assent-based for everyone. I am a strong believer in teaching the whole child and teaching skills needed to live an independent and productive life.
