BT: Behavior Technician

Ideal for those passionate about working with children and looking to start a career in Applied Behavior Analysis(ABA). 

 

In this role, provide services to children with autism and other developmental delays, implementing ABA strategies in our Learning Centers or at home. We offer comprehensive paid training and compensate for RBT certification.

 

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll be guided by a BCBA to implement each client’s individualized behavior therapy services plan. Take the first step toward a rewarding career in ABA, a connected team environment, and local advancement opportunities.

SRBT: Senior Registered Behavior Technician

You’ll play a crucial role in providing individualized behavior therapy services to individuals with autism and behavioral development needs.

 

Work under the direction of a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to implement behavior interventions, record data, and assist with assessments in various settings including Autism West Learning Centers, clients' homes, schools, and throughout the community. 

Grow through mentoring and supervising other RBTs, create and implement treatment plans, and provide training to parents and caregivers. Make a positive impact on the lives of clients, develop leadership, and professional skills.

LPC: Licensed Professional Counselor

Deliver comprehensive mental health services to individuals of all ages. This hybrid position allows you to conduct individual and group therapy sessions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at promoting emotional well-being and tackling behavioral challenges.

 

Work closely with experienced LPCs and earn valuable supervision hours while developing quality Counseling and ABA provider relationships. An exceptional chance to pursue your unique field of expertise, collaborate with fellow providers, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact on clients and families in the Denver metro area.

BCBA: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Design and implement behavior intervention programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder(ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

 

Hone your expertise in applied behavior analysis(ABA) through conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior support plans, and providing ongoing supervision to behavior technicians(RBTs).
