Hello! I’m Natalie Costigan, a Board-Certified BehaviorAnalyst (MA, BCBA) and the Clinical Director at Autism West’s Aurora location. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, I completed myundergraduate studies in psychology with a minor in children’s studies. Duringmy time in college, I had the opportunity to be an intern with a non-profitorganization supporting individuals with autism. I also spent my summers as avolunteer coach for various Special Olympics teams and as a 1:1 aide at summercamps for individuals requiring additional support. These experiences sparkedmy passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and led me to pursue a master’sdegree in ABA with a certificate in autism, ultimately becoming a BCBA in 2023.

I am deeply committed to helping clients and familiesenhance independence by building communication skills, social skills, learnerreadiness skills, and reducing challenging behaviors. It’s incredibly rewardingto witness the growth and success of the individuals I work with. Outside of work, I love staying active and exploring allthat Colorado has to offer—whether it's skiing, camping, hiking, attendingconcerts, or traveling. Since moving to Colorado, I've enjoyed embracing theseadventures and making the most of the beautiful outdoors.
