Mackenzie Clough

MA, LPCC

Hello! My name is Mackenzie Clough and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. I received my Bachelors degree in Communication, Media, and Film at the University of Windsor in my hometown of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. I thought I would end up in film or radio, but felt that it was not my true calling. After working in mental health and foster care positions, I finally decided to follow my dreams to become a therapist! I received my MA degree in Counseling from Spring Arbor University in Detroit, Michigan and spent my time helping those in the Metro Detroit area before deciding to return to Denver.

I have experience working with individuals (children, adolescents, adults), couples, families, and have been lucky enough to facilitate a therapy group for mothers struggling to navigate the foster care system. I look forward to continuing this journey in Colorado and it feels amazing to be back!

When I am not in session, you can find me on a hike, at a concert, in a yoga class, at a hockey game, or at home spending time with my husband and two cats. I also enjoy baking, arts and crafts, and trying new experiences whenever I can. Although, I will probably talk about hockey and my cats for hours if you get me started. I am so glad to be a part of the Autism West team and hope to connect with you!
