Hello! My name is Christine and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with 4 years of experience working with children, adolescents, individuals and families. I received two Bachelors degrees from Webster University in 2015, a BA in Art and a BA I’m Education. In 2021 I received a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Transpersonal Art Therapy from Naropa University. This education has given me the knowledge and ability to implement different treatment interventions along side traditional therapy as well as be able to work with a wide age range of clients. I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. I have also worked with families experiencing separation, trauma, and attachment disruptions.
I believe in a client-centered approach and will include you in every aspect of treatment. My main approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Art Therapy. I value your input and will tailor my approach accordingly.
When I’m not working with clients, I am spending my time loving my three animals (B. Puckle, a three year old GSD/Lab mix, Hal, a 13 year old grey and white cat, and Oliver, a 2 year old black cat), and my wonderful husband. I love watching Star Wars and Marvel movies. My favorite art medium is paint but I love doing anything art/craft related!
