Senior RBT

My name is Kyle Lacey, and I've been passionately involved in ABA for the past four years. Originally from California, I moved to Colorado when I was just three years old and have truly come to call it home. I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology and human development from MSU Denver in 2022, and I'm currently pursuing my master’s in ABA at CU Denver, which has deepened my understanding of the field in ways I hadn’t anticipated.

What really drives me in my work is the opportunity to support clients facing challenges with challenging behaviors. I believe that behavior change goes beyond the therapy room, and one of the most rewarding parts of my job is hearing from parents about the progress their children are making at home. Knowing that the work we do together is impacting families’ lives in meaningful ways reminds me why I chose this path.

Every day, I’m reminded that each client’s journey is unique, and I’m dedicated to helping them reach their fullest potential. I strive to create a supportive, understanding environment where they feel encouraged to grow. Through my studies and experience, I've developed an approach grounded in empathy and backed by science, and I’m continually inspired by the resilience of the families I work with.

ABA is not just my profession; it’s my passion, and I am excited to keep learning and evolving in this field to make a lasting difference in the lives of those I serve.
