Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) - FT/PT

We are seeking an energetic, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or soon to be licensed to work with children with autism and other developmental delays. You will be mentored by our Clinical Supervisor who is a Ph.D. BCBA-D implementing ABA plans and providing services in the home, school and/or community settings. We are contracted with all major insurance companies.

 

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)is responsible for creating, supervising and implementing ABA services to the clients they are assigned. Some of the duties are:

  • Hiring and training RBTs, BCaBAs

  • Managing client caseloads:

  • Oversee the implementation of direct ABA in home, community and educational settings.

  • Designing a treatment plan to support client goals

  • Develop relationships and referral stream to promote Autism West Behavioral Partners vision, mission and values.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters degree in ABA or related field

  • Must possess current credentials as BCBA or sitting for BCBA exam in the next 60-90 days

  • Ability to pass background check and TB test

  • Reliable transportation and car insurance

  • Strong, polished communication skills both written and verbal

  • Customer service skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Highly organized

 

SALARY RANGE: $65,000-$70,000 annually depending on qualifications and experience plus quarterly goal oriented bonuses.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: BCaBA's is responsible for implementing ABA services to the clients they are assigned. Some of the duties are:

  • Client appointments are completed as scheduled.

  • Assisting BCBA in creating treatment plan and/or behavior support plan and that they are followed and implemented as outlined

  • Providing supervision under the BCBA of RBT’s and Behavior Technicians

  • Clients are continually making progress based on quantifiable data as outlined in treatment plan.

  • Therapeutic environment is conducive to client success

  • Proper compliance to all related company policies and procedures

  • Educate doctors, advocacy groups, parent groups ,educators community groups, child care centers, other providers, and others who could make referrals to Autism West Behavioral Partners

  • Service existing accounts and maintain regular follow up

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Must possess current credentials as a BCaBA

  • Experience of 1 year working with autism and intellectual disabilites

  • Ability to pass background check and TB test

  • Reliable transportation and car insurance

 

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, business correspondence and all other mental health related documents.

  • Ability to write with clarity, conciseness, and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and internet

  • Must be able to establish positive interpersonal relationships with a broad range of people.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

  • Demonstrate skills in problem solving techniques.

  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

SALARY RANGE: $23-27 per hour depending on qualifications and experience plus quarterly goal oriented bonuses.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: RBT's are responsible for implementing ABA services to the clients they are assigned. Some of the duties are:

  • Client appointments are completed as scheduled.

  • Procedures in treatment plan and/or behavior support plan are followed and implemented as outlined

  • Clients are continually making progress based on quantifiable data as outlined in treatment plan.

  • Therapeutic environment is conducive to client success

  • Proper compliance to all Related company policies and procedures

  • Educate doctors, advocacy groups, parent groups ,educators community groups, child care centers, other providers, and others who could make referrals to Autism West Behavioral Partners

  • Service existing accounts and maintain regular follow up

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 18 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred

  • Ability to pass background check and TB test

  • Must possess current RBT certification

 

SALARY RANGE: $18-$21 per hour depending on qualifications and experience plus quarterly goal oriented bonuses.
