I acknowledge that life experiences and stressors can often be intense, however they can also be full of insight that will transform wounds to wisdom that will ultimately improve quality life.  


My goal is to create an environment that is a safe haven and calm space to show up as you are, without fear of judgment. I pride myself on being fully present, providing a caring and empathetic ear that not only hears, but also listens with intention. Together, we will navigate and explore the many chapters of “living life” that shape your experiences. 


My specialties include a blend of evidence based theories, including psychodynamic and strength based therapy with goal oriented strategies for individuals, couples and families.


I also engage the practice of mindfulness and have experience working with teams and athletes to enhance sports performance. I am committed to being supportive of my clients and to the productive process of recovery and growth, as they move through seasons of stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and self-improvement.
